RULE:

6A-1.006

Budget Amendments (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose is to repeal rule 6A-1.006, F.A.C., and combine rules pertaining to school district budget amendments by moving sections (1) and (2) to rule 6A-1.007, F.A.C., Execution of the Budget, and section (3) to rule 6A-1.0071, F.A.C., Fiscal Reporting Dates. The effect will be to consolidate requirements pertaining to school district budget amendments.

SUMMARY:

This rule is to be repealed.
