Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care Services

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the amendment to Rule 59G-4.260, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), is to incorporate by reference the Florida Medicaid Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care Services Coverage Policy, __________.

SUMMARY:

The incorporated coverage policy will specify recipient eligibility, provider requirements, coverage policies, and reimbursement information.
