Administrative Sanctions on Providers, Entities, and Persons

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the amendment to Rule 59G-9.070, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.) is to update rule text and clarify language relating to sanctions.

SUMMARY:

This rule describes the Florida Medicaid administrative sanctions process imposed upon providers, entities, or persons for violations of Florida Medicaid-related law.
