60A-1.002

Purchase of Commodities or Contractual Services

PURPOSE:

This is a substantial revision of the rule to remove language duplicative of statutue, eliminate antiquated language and revise wording to reflect best practices.  The changes also include revision of materials incorporated by reference and simplify agency requirements for managing purchases of commodities or contractual services.

SUBJECT:

Purchases by agencies of commodities or contractual services and requirements for procurements.
