Boundary of Surviving District

PURPOSE:

The District seeks to contract its boundaries by removing 2,499.74 acres.

SUMMARY:

The Petition filed with the Commission proposes amendment of the District by removing approximately 2,499.74 acres from the existing boundaries.  The District currently consists of 4,176.53 acres of land located within St. Johns County, Florida.
