Control Release Supervision

PURPOSE:

The purpose is to emphasize that firearm possession is not allowed by offenders on control release.  The effect is to make clear to offenders on control release that firearm possession is not allowed.

SUMMARY:

A clarification and emphasis that possession of a firearm by an offender on control release is not permitted.
