RULE:

6M-8.204	Uniform Attendance Policy for Funding the Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) Education Program.
6M-8.300	Provider and Class Registration Procedures; Application; Eligibility Determination

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule revision updates the application, registration and eligibility determination process for prospective Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) Education Program providers. Additionally, the proposed revisions updates and clarifies the Uniform Attendance Policy for Funding in the VPK Program.

SUBJECT:

Registration and application procedures for prospective VPK providers and the Uniform Attendance Policy for Funding in the VPK Program.
