6A-10.050

The Recovery Network Program (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The rule is unnecessary. The statute allocates responsibility to establish criteria for and appoint the staff of the Recovery Network Program to the Commissioner of Education and lacks rulemaking authority for this purpose.

SUMMARY:

This rule is to be repealed.
