Natural Gas Fuel Fleet Vehicle Rebate Program

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rule is to provide guidance to interested applicants for the application process, review, and administration of the Natural Gas Fuel Fleet Vehicle Rebate.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule revises the existing rule which describes the application process and the Department’s review and administrative process for the Natural Gas Fuel Fleet Vehicle Rebate program.
