	The Florida Department of Transportation, Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, January 17, 2017, Open House: 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.; Formal Presentation: 6:30

PLACE:	DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, 13400 West Sunrise Boulevard, Miccosukee Ballroom, Sunrise, FL 33323.

Subject:	This hearing is being held to allow interested persons an opportunity to express their views concerning the location, conceptual design, and social, economic, and environmental effects of the proposed Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study for Widening of the Sawgrass Expressway (SR 869) from South of Sunrise Boulevard to South of US 441 (SR 7), Broward County (Financial Project ID Number: 435763-1-22-01). The proposed improvements consist of widening the Sawgrass Expressway (SR 869), implementing express lanes, interchange modifications, and a new interchange at NW 8th Street. For additional details on the recommended improvements, please attend the Public Hearing or review the documents which will be available as noted in this advertisement.
