RULE:

59A-5.004

Validation, Licensure, & Life Safety Inspections and Complaint Investigations

PURPOSE:

The Agency is proposing to amend this rule to remove the word “annual” in relation to surveys of Ambulatory Surgical Centers to allow greater flexibility for inspections.  In addition a technical change will be made to a statute number under Rulemaking Authority.
