RULE:

73C-25.011	Standards of Work (Repealed)
73C-25.013	Monitoring and Technical Assistance (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

To reduce and reorganize the rules for the Low Income Emergency Home Repair Program

SUMMARY:

Chapter 73C-25, Fla. Admin. Code, was created to implement Section 420.36, Florida Statutes, which creates the Low-Income Emergency Home Repair Program for the Department to administer.  Rules 73C-25.011 and 73C-25.013 are being repealed because they provide information appropriate for the grantees’ contractual agreement and are unnecessary to implement the applicable statute.
