Additional Definitions (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The Suwannee River Water Management District (District) gives notice that it is initiating rulemaking to repeal Rule 40B-9.123, F.A.C., for the purpose of removing unnecessary definitions and consolidating the remaining definitions into Rule 40B-9.021, F.A.C. The effect will be a more streamlined rule that is more understandable by the regulated public.

SUMMARY:

Removing of unused definitions; compiling definitions into one rule.
