Rural Hospital Capital Improvement Grant Application Procedures (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

To repeal this rule.

SUMMARY:

This rule provides an application process for rural hospital capital improvement grants.  The grant program has not been funded by the legislature for years and the rule is no longer necessary. If funding is appropriated in the future, a new rule can be promulgated at that time.
