Captive Wildlife Definitions

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this rule development effort is to provide definitions for certain terms in the captive wildlife rules to improve clarity and consistency.

SUBJECT:

Subject area covered in the proposed rules includes the regulations governing captive wildlife.
