64B-9.005	Active Duty Military, Spouse of Active Duty Military or Veteran Licensure
64B-9.007	Temporary Certificate for Active Duty Military Health Care Practitioners Application

PURPOSE:

To amend the application for active duty military and veteran licensure and provide an application form for spouses of active duty military seeking licensure in this state, and to provide for a 6-month temporary certificate for active duty military health care practitioners.

SUMMARY:

This rulemaking amends the application form for active duty military and veteran licensure, provides an application form for spouses of active duty military seeking licensure in this state, and provides for a 6-month temporary certificate for active duty military health care practitioners, as required by recently enacted legislation.
