PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendments are necessary to set forth a penalty range for the recently added violation found in Section 459.015(1)(vv), F.S., and to also set forth a citation penalty for the violation.  Additionally, the Board proposes a new rule to set forth minor violations and violations appropriate for notices of noncompliance.
