PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed amendments to Rule 12B-6.005, F.A.C., is to adopt, by reference, changes to the Gross Receipts Tax Return, form DR-133.

SUBJECT:

The subject of the rule workshop is the proposed revisions to a gross receipts tax form.
