Restricted Species Endorsement

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this rule development notice is to address updates to the Physician Certification of Disability Form for the Restricted Species Endorsement that is incorporated into Commission rules to reflect the latest, more user friendly versions developed by the Agency.  Updating this commercial saltwater licensing form would streamline the application process for both fishers and staff, and allow staff to continue to provide excellent customer service.

SUBJECT:

Subject area addressed in the rule development notice include modifying the form to include the initial date of disability (which is required for processing).
