Out-of-State Telehealth Provider Registration

PURPOSE:

Creates the procedure and form to be used to gather information regarding telehealth practice by certain health care practitioners at the time of license renewal as required by recently enacted legislation.

SUMMARY:

This rulemaking establishes the procedure and the survey form to be used by certain health care practitioners to gather information about his or her telehealth practice as required by recently enacted legislation.
