PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendment is to reduce the examination fee and the reexamination fee for asbestos consultants and asbestos contractors.

SUMMARY:

The amendment reduces the examination fee and the reexamination fee for asbestos consultants and asbestos contractors.
