RULE:

59A-9.035

Abortion Referral or Counseling Agency Registration

PURPOSE:

The Agency proposes to create a new section of rule to include the administration of abortion referral or counseling agency registration as required by 390.025, F.S.

SUMMARY:

The Agency will address minimum registration requirements for this new type of regulated entity including the development of a registration form.
