RULE:

64B-9.005	Active Duty Military, Spouse of Active Duty Military or Veteran Licensure
64B-9.007	Temporary Certificate for Active Duty Military Health Care Practitioners Application

PURPOSE:

To amend application form for active duty military and veterans licensure; provide application form for spouses of active duty military seeking licensure in this state; and provide for 6-month, temporary certificate for active duty military health care practitioners to practice in this state, as required by recently enacted legislation.

SUBJECT:

Application forms for active duty military, veterans and spouses of active duty military seeking licensure, and temporary licenses for active duty military health care practitioners.
