5E-2.0105	Definitions
5E-2.0312	Additional Registration Requirements for Registrants of Structural Fumigants Labeled for Application to Residential Structures

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rulemaking is to create product registrant stewardship requirements, continuing education training requirements, quality assurance reviews, and stop sale of product. The effect of this rulemaking will be to require registrants of fumigation products used for residential fumigation to provide stewardship of the use of their products by providing training and monitoring use of their products. This will be accomplished by establishing training requirements, require quality assurance reviews of product users in the field, and to stop sale or cease distribution of their product to users not complying with safety or label requirements. Stop sale actions are to include cooperating with department in removing product, if needed.

SUBJECT:

Registrant stewardship training requirements, continuing education training requirements, quality assurance reviews, and stop sale of product. Training and endorsement qualifications, updating forms for notification and clarifying fumigation procedures with improved fumigation reporting and record keeping applications.
