Designation of Institutions for Youthful Offenders

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the amendment is to remove Lancaster Correctional Institution and Lancaster Work Camp from the list of institutions and units designated to house youthful offenders to reflect the mission change of Lancaster Correctional Institution and Lancaster Work Camp.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule removes Lancaster Correctional Institution and Lancaster Work Camp from the list of institutions and units designated to house youthful offenders.
