Overview



	The Department of Environmental Protection, Office of Operations, Land and Recreation Grants Program, Florida Communities Trust (FCT) announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	June 23, 2016, 1:00-3:00 P.M. (EDT).

PLACE:	Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Douglas Building, Conference Room A, 3900 Commonwealth Blvd. Tallahassee, FL 32399. This meeting will also be offered as a webinar. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar. The webinar will be recorded and posted on the FCT webpage (http://www.dep.state.fl.us/lands/FL_Communities_Trust/default.htm) for future viewing.

Subject:	This workshop/webinar is designed to assist prospective applicants for the 2016-2017 land acquisition funding cycle under the FCT Program. Topics to be discussed during the webinar include an overview of the program, completion of the FCT Application Form FCT-5, and requirements of Rules 62-818 and 62-819, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C). Applications for land acquisition funding under the Florida Communities Trust Program are being accepted through 5:00 p.m. (EDT) on August 30, 2016.
