RULE:

61G20-3.008

Approval of Product Evaluation Entities, Product Validation Entities, Testing Laboratories, Certification Agencies, Quality Assurance Agencies and Accreditation Bodies

PURPOSE:

To open the rule for development to address the statutorily required changes to the State Product Approval Program by adding Underwriters Laboratories, LLC and Intertek Testing Services NA, Inc. to the Commission's list of Approved Product Evaluation Entities.  The Commission shall conduct two rule development workshops to accept public input regarding the applications for product approval using product evaluation reports from these additional approved evaluation entities.
