Minor Violations

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment to delete a reference to a rule that has been repealed and to update citations and delete obsolete provisions.

SUMMARY:

A reference to a rule will be deleted due to that rule being repealed. Citations will be updated and obsolete provisions deleted.
