Florida College System Institution Budgets

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rule development is to implement the changes enacted in Section 1011.01, F.S. The effect will be a rule consistent with governing law.

SUBJECT:

Changing the process the Chancellor will perform from approve to review as it relates to state college budgets.
