65C-30.007

Case Management Responsibilities After Case Transfer

PURPOSE:

The Department of Children and Families intends to amend Rule 65C-30.007, F.A.C., Case Management Responsibilities after Case Transfer, to clarify the required frequency of unannounced visits by a case manager to the child’s current place of residence.

SUMMARY:

The rule will be amended to require unannounced visits by the case manager to the child’s current place of residence every 90 days, or more frequently if warranted based on the safety plan.
