PURPOSE:
The purpose of this rule amendment is to establish in rule the most recent guidelines, forms and Grant Award Agreements for the Cultural Endowment Program, General Program Support, Specific Cultural Project, Fast Track Grants, and Cultural Facilities.
SUMMARY:
The guidelines and incorporated material for grant programs are being updated for the upcoming grant cycle.
