5J-13.004

Enforcement Actions and Administrative Penalties

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rulemaking is to modify the penalty structure for the Florida Pawnbroking Act.  These amendments will ensure consistency in the application of administrative fines for statutory violations.

SUBJECT:

Revision to mitigating factors and the minimum fine for a major violation of the rule.
