Minimum Security Procedures for Transmission of Returns by Dedicated Teleprocessing Lines (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this repeal is to remove language that provides security procedures for technology that is now outdated.  Security procedures governing the minimum security procedures for voting systems, including the transmission of results, are covered in Rule 2.015 of the Florida Administrative Code, effective on April 1, 2016.  The repeal of this rule will be effective on April 1, 2016.

SUMMARY:

To repeal outdated language and avoid repetition with Rule 2.015 of the Florida Administrative Code.
