PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the development of rule amendments to consolidate language with regard to occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants in one chapter and to delete outdated or unnecessary language.  Additionally, the Board proposes the development of the revised application form DH-MQA 1152.

SUBJECT:

The consolidation of language from Chapter 64B11-3 into Chapter 64B11-2, and the incorporation of the revised application form.
