PURPOSE:

This rule is to be repealed. There will be no adverse effect on stakeholders or the public.

SUMMARY:

The rule states the administration authorization of other Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.) chapters and has no bearing on the administration of F.A.C. chapters administered by the Division of Human Resource Management.
