	The Mid-Florida Area Agency on Aging, Inc. announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	September 18, 2015, 9:00 AM

PLACE:	Elder Options' Conference Room A 100 SW 75th Street, Suite 301 Gainesville, FL 32607

Subject:	The purpose of this hearing is to inform participants of Older Americans Act services that Elder Options is proposing to provide directly through its Area Plan on Aging Update for 2016 (2013-2016 cycle). The services are the Community Care Transitions Program, Program to Encourage Active Rewarding Lives for Seniors (PEARLS), and EnhanceWellness. Participants will have the opportunity to make public comments.
