62-555.500

General (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

: The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendment is to repeal a rule identified during the comprehensive rule review required by Executive Order 11-211 as duplicative, unnecessarily burdensome, or no longer necessary.

SUMMARY:

This rule provides an introduction to the portion of Chapter 62-555 which addresses construction permitting requirements for all public water system components other than wells. This rule is being repealed because it is merely informational and unnecessary.
