Approval of Continuing Education Courses in Laws and Rules and Courses in Professional Ethics

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes amendment to delete unnecessary language and to add new language to update the rule, and to implement the provisions of Chapter 2014-125, Section 4, Laws of Florida.

SUBJECT:

Approval of Continuing Education Courses in Laws and Rules, and to renumber the rule accordingly.
