PURPOSE:

The Department determined that this rule amendment is necessary to promulgate a rule form and possible rule language that solicits the information from a qualifying veteran or the veteran’s spouse to obtain an initial application fee waiver for an application for certification under chapter 468 Part IV, Florida Statutes.

SUMMARY:

Promulgates rule form required to obtain information from veterans and veteran’s spouses for an initial application fee waiver for certification for licensure under Chapter 468 Part IV, Florida Statutes.
