PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rule is to implement the provisions of section 282.0051(3) FS, establishing project management and oversight standards with which state agencies must comply when implementing information technology projects.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rulemaking adopts new rules that establish rules 74-1.001–74-1.009 as the Florida Information Technology Project Management and Oversight Standards, and provides project management and standards that state agencies must comply when implementing information technology projects.
