Overview



	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District One announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	APRIL 21, 2015, 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

PLACE:	North Port Public Library, 13800 Tamiami Trail in North Port, Florida 34287.

Subject:	FDOT will hold a public meeting to provide information about the construction of two new pedestrian bridges adjacent to the existing vehicular bridges along US 41. The meeting is an open house with no formal presentation. People attending the meeting may review project displays and aerial photographs, and speak one-on-one with project team members. Displays will show plans for the two new pedestrian bridges with new sidewalk connections. FDOT sent notices to all property owners and interested people located at least 300 feet on either side of US 41 within the project limits. The meeting is developed in compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related statutes. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability or family status.
