Course Requirements - Grades PK-12 Exceptional Student Education

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rule amendment is to adopt course requirements for each course contained in the “Course Code Directory and Instructional Personnel Assignments” for Grades PK-12 Exceptional Student Education. The effect will be the proposed adoption of the exceptional education course descriptions as appropriate for each grade level and content area.

SUMMARY:

Florida public school exceptional student education course descriptions for grades PK-12 have been revised to include new courses, courses that reflect current standards, scheduled deletion of courses, and also appropriate English Language Development Standards added to all course descriptions for each grade level and content area.
