Distribution of Funds from the Rape Crisis Program Trust Fund

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rulemaking is to codify the allocation formula for distributing Rape Crisis Program Trust Fund moneys to rape crisis centers and to incorporate the material relied upon by reference.

SUMMARY:

The rule provides the allocation formula that is used by the statewide nonprofit association to distribute Rape Crisis Program Trust Fund moneys to rape crisis centers statewide.
