Investigators; Criteria for Selection (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule repeal because the rule is no longer necessary because the Department now hire investigators and not the Board.

SUMMARY:

The rule is being repealed because it is not necessary because the Department makes the selection and not the Board.
