Operator Assisted – Listen Only Phone Line Phone # 1 877 809 7263 Passcode: 133 801 49# The Agency for Health Care Administration has developed a Medicaid Health Plan Report Card based on performance data for each Managed Medical Assistance (MMA) health plan. Consumers can use this information to compare health plans and help them to decide which health plan to choose. The health plan report card will be posted on the state’s website, and will present an easily understandable summary of quality, access and timeliness regarding the performance of each participating health plan. Input on the report card is being requested from the Medical Care Advisory Subcommittees.
