RULE:

68A-23.015	Regulations Governing the Taking and Possession of Freshwater Mussels
68A-23.025	Regulations Governing the Taking and Possession of Alligator Gar, Eels and Freshwater Mussels

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment would update permit rule language and modify the American eel permit application form to incorporate minor revisions and to update references.

SUBJECT:

Subject areas addressed in the rule development notice include permit application update for commercial fishing of American eel.
