PURPOSE:

The Suwannee River Water Management District (District) gives notice that it is initiating rulemaking to amend its rules to describe the point of entry into proceedings for District permitting decisions, provide clarification of permit application consideration procedures, include a fee for lobbyist registration, and include fees for land owners applying for amendments to conservation easements pursuant to 373.088, F.S.
