Stay Pending Judicial Review

PURPOSE:

The rule is amended to delete obsolete language relating to telecommunication companies.

SUMMARY:

Rule 25-22.061, F.A.C., describes the procedure followed when an appellant seeks a stay pending judicial review in state court pursuant to section 120.68, FS.  This rule is amended to delete reference to a repealed rule concerning telecommunication companies.
