19B-10.001	Involuntary Termination (Repealed)
19B-10.002	Voluntary Termination (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this rule development is to update and consolidate rules to reflect modifications to the Stanley G. Tate Florida Prepaid College Program.

SUMMARY:

The primary purpose of updating the rules is to reduce redundancy by consolidating relevant rules into the Master Contract, which is incorporated by reference in Rule 19B-4.001(2), F.A.C.
