PURPOSE:

These rules amend the definitions of terms for 60D-5; remove unused, duplicative or otherwise unnecessary definitions; increases increments of contract dollar values based on estimated cost of the contract to align with inflation; repeals rules that are redundant; removes superfluous language and modifies criteria to reflect preferred practices; make technical amendments; remove antiquated practices and provides flexibility in the selection process of members of the Selection Committee, required for competitive selection.
